Utasítások:

  1. Rinse 30g of lentils thoroughly. Place the lentils in a small pot with enough water to cover them and cook for about 15 minutes until soft; then drain and reserve a little of the cooking liquid.
  2. Peel, deseed, and cut 50g of pumpkin into small cubes. Steam the pumpkin cubes for around 10 minutes until tender.
  3. Steam 30g of peas until soft, which should take about 5 minutes.
  4. Peel and pit the avocado if needed, and mash 50g of its flesh in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Combine the cooked lentils, steamed pumpkin, peas, and mashed avocado in a blender. Blend until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous puree; add a small amount of reserved cooking liquid if necessary to adjust the consistency.
  6. Allow the puree to cool to a safe, lukewarm temperature before serving to your baby.
Storage

Store any leftover puree in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

This recipe contains lentils which may occasionally cause mild digestive discomfort in sensitive babies. Consult your pediatrician when introducing new foods.

Side Effects
