Records contributed to another parent’s account remain there without your author attribution. Cancel any App Store or Google Play subscription in that store before deleting your account if you do not want it to renew.
Paid-order records are normally retained for seven years after the relevant calendar year; longer legal requirements may apply. Other parents’ records remain without your author identifier. Routine backups rotate through seven daily, four weekly and six monthly copies. See the Privacy policy for retention details.
Sign in to delete your accountEmail [email protected] from your account email and identify the child profile, meal plans, food records or other entries you want removed. Do not send your password. We verify ownership before acting and explain any data we must retain. Your account stays open unless you also request its deletion.
